Moving to a new place

This morning,

just went for an apartment inspection.

Have decided to move in with Fabiola and her boyfriend.

Crown plaza apartment which cost $650 aussie dollar per WEEK.

Which means to stay inside the apartment,

we have to pay $2600 aussie dollar per month which equivalent to $8000 Malaysia ringgit!

HAHA! Just to accommodate ourselves, we have to pay a total of RM 8000 per month. 

Still excluded bills of water, electricity and internet usage.

We are really frenzy! 

we stay in the place which the apartment rental is even more than pl's monthly salary!

JUST A PLACE TO STAY ONLY IT'S ALREADY DOUBLE OF HER SALARY!!!!

The most importantly,

the overall monthly standard bills usage are $500 Aussie dollar, it's mean another RM1500+ !

It also mean that just to stay in that apartment a month,

we have to pay RM9500+ for just a month!!!!

Tee Syi Rui is really frenzy, she loves to wasting money.

To be frankly,

I been telling her actually we no need find such an expensive apartment, if we find a normal aparment without a pool and sauna, we can get around $450 per week.

She told me

'Cannot, I have to exercise, my mum said must find the apartment which got swimming pool.'

I said 

'Aiya, swimming also where got you everyday swim, the most we just go swimming center swim, swim per entrance is just $6.'

She said

'Aiya, not say we cant afford.'

I said

'Aiya, I know we can afford, but save up the money to buy other things mah.... And my father keep saying he dont have money, ask me dont simply waste.'

She said

'Your father dont have money? Then my father consider what? Your house that one at least up to ten million.'

I said

'Not one million? Felt like my mum told me before.'

She said

'Ten million la... my house Semi-D already two hundred millions. Your mum bluffed you ones.'

I said

'Oh ya hor! I feel like last time I went Wei Zhi's new house during chinese new year, he told me his house one million. His house is like your house like that ones... but is banglo. Plus he told me 1 million already very cheap, he said his neighbor bought 1.5 million.'

She said

'Ya la.... one million price is semi-D.'

I said

'But how come my own mum bluffed me?'

She said

'Haha! Dont know your mum... my mum everything also tell me ones... that is why I know more than you, just like my mum told me we got a new unbuilt banglo at my house area, just one square fit only cost RM100, so what to say your house that area? Must got pakat only can buy that piece of land ones... Bukit Istana leh... mai siao siao... so I guess your house land one square fit already at least RM500, plus your house big till dont know how many square fits, the land already a few hundred thousands... what to say the house.... trust me! I think your father build that house sure at least got ten million.'

I said

'But why my father always say very expensive I study in Australia, he keep saying RM500K a lot?'

She said

'Depends on how people think la... just like my mum, even my family is not rich as your family, but she felt merit to let us study at here. Maybe your father got a lot of money, but he dont think need to waste money on education, so he said expensive lo...'

I said

'Then since you say my house already got at least ten millions, then that RM500K not only few percents of my father's property only?'

She said

'Now only you know? Haha! That is why I said depends on people... just like Ada's mum... even her mum one month gaji got RM3750 only, but she still willing to let Ada come Australia study and sacrifice her lifetime hard earned money, some more sampai go and borrowed money from cousins. But maybe for your father, let say he has RM 5 Millions in his bank account, if he thinks its not worth to waste that RM500K for education, he will still think very very very expensive or unwilling to let you come. That is why I said depends on how people think.'

I said

'My father is because of Pn Lye, only lemme come. You see all my brother and sisters also studied in MMU, so it means he dont want let his children overseas study ones....'

She said

'Haha! I got told my mum before, my mum said dont know what your father thinking... so much money but still unwilling let children overseas study....'

I said

'Anah... I also dont know why... before my father knew the case between Pn Lye and me, I mean before he knew the add math incident, I already told him I want to transfer to Australia study, that time I still in MMU. Then he straight said: I dont have so much money.'

She said

'Your father said like that is hurtful.'

I said

'Ya la. That time I cried for 3 days 3 nights because my father told me dont have money for me to study.'

She said

'That time your father still dont know the case between Pn lye and you, he wont curious why you suddenly want to go Australia study meh?'

I said

'Got la... he keep saying: I really dont understand, why you suddenly want to go Australia study?.... His eyes very small like very hairan like that... then a few months later only he knew the add math incident....'

She said

'Then when he knew the add math incident already he still dont want let you go Australia study?'

I said

'Dont want la... until my condition worsening and really really cannot forget the past and very very susah already only he let me go.'

She said

'Why your father dont want let you go?'

I said

'Dont know... I felt like he thinking of money only, he thinks very expensive...'

She said

'But your eldest brother and sister graduated d mah... left Huay Ling, you and your younger brother only. And that Huay Ling not left one year more then graduate d?'

I said

'Anah! How I know what he thinking? I think he also unwilling to let my younger brother go overseas study... he keep saying he dont have money. Means he let me study overseas is because of Pn Lye only he let me come, let say if I dont have any dark shadow, I think he also wont let me go overseas study.'

She said

'I think is because your father got 5 children so only he very stingy towards money... just like my mum, just have we 3 children, if 3 children also study in Australia, she also never mind ones... because we 3 children are just like three diamonds in her eyes, even my hairdo RM500, she let me do also! Hehe!'

I said

'I very curious also, I asked my father, why Tee Syi Rui's house small than us, why her brother and her can both go Australia study, but why our house so big, why just me go overseas study only, you keep saying very expensive?'

She said

'Hahahaha! You asked like that very funny! Then what your father said?'

I said

'Very funny meh? I just ask what I think only. My father said some people very rich, house smaller only... but we cant predict they got how much money...'

She said

'Hahahaha! Your father never laugh you ask like that? Very funny!'

I said

'My father never laugh... but you saying the same thing as hung kiat... Hung Kiat also ask me your father never laugh when your talked like that? He keep saying the the way I answered question is very funny.'

She said

'Ya la! Siao Si Wo! Hahaha! What you answered your father so hung kiat said is very funny?'

I said

'Because that day you knew the last day Pn Lye beaten me with wood stick? Then my father keep saying me dont know dangerous at all... he asked me: Aiyo! Ah CHing ah! I said you this person really dont know dangerous... you know if that thing really kena your head can die or not? Then I said : At first I dont know, but after that she got told me.'

When I said like that, Tee Syi Rui laughed even louder!

But I dont know what so funny! Why Hung Kiat also laughed so loud when he heard that.

Tee Syi Rui said

'Hahahahahaha!!!! Your father never laugh you answer like that?'

I said

'NO la... he very serious only.'

She said

'I think the way you talked too straight forward edi.... hahaha! You talk what you think! Funny! Then what your father said?'

I said

'Then after I said at first I dont know, but she got told me... after that sentence, my father asked me: Then she got hit your head or not?'

She said

'Then what you said?'

I said

'And then I said: She ben lai want to hit my head, I saw she almost hit my head, but at last she never hit my head, because at first I want to run away, then she said if I run away she wants to hit my head, then when I never run away, she never hit my head because I never run away.'

When I said like that, Tee Syi RUi laughed very loud again!

She said

'Hahaha! The way you talked is like reading Chinese poem like that. Talk till so long, one word is mei you la....'

I said

'Hahaha! I dont know why I always talk like that ones...'

She even said

'Haha! The way you talked like that is like mentally retarded like that....'

I said

'Why?'

She said

'Because Zi Zhang always dont know how to talk, so they will describe the situation they are thinking as how you describe... Hahaha!'

I said

'I am not mentally retarded, but I dont know why I always having problems telling the main theme, I dont know have to talk from where, or dont know have to start talking from which part and I dont know saying which part is the most important. And I dont really know what main answer people wanted to listen, so I just talk like that. If is you, how will you say?'

She even said

'Hahaha! Sha De.... if is me, I will say she got hit my head even she never... hehehe!'

I said

'Really ah?'

She said

'Anah! I dont care ones... if people touch of me, I will kenakan that person very gao lat ones... Why you dont want tell your father she got hit your head?'

I said

'Dont know... I normally terus terang ones...'

She said

'Hahaha sha de....'

I said

'Maybe lo... a lot people also said can bluffed ones... and say I very stupid... I mean in other stories or other aspects la...'

She said

'Ya la... you dont know how to protect yourself.'

I said

'Yes yes yes! A lot people also said I dont know how to protect myself, last time my homestay owner also got said before, fortune teller also got said before, hung kiat also got said before, plus my father also got said before, that is why last time he hesitated to lemme come australia, while hung kiat said scared people bully me I still dont know... funny! then I said I where got so Gong??'

Tee syi rui even said

'You memang so gong! People let you eat dog rice also you eat.... I think your owner see your everything dont know dont know then just give you eat dog rice.'

I said

'I dont know mah... she gave me eat.... I thought can eat ones only she will gave me, then just eat lo... but after that I also never vomit or anything.'

She said

'Ya la... I know wont vomit, but who wants to eat animal eat ones? Its not about stomachache or vomit, its about reputation, people treat you like animal you know?'

I said

'No ah... she never treat me as animal, if she treat me as animal, why she will still talked to me? Animal not wont talk ones?

She said

'Aiya... dont know how to communicate with you la... you always dont understand what people's meaning.... dont forget to fill tenants application forms, submit as soon as possible, later I will give you my passport numbers and bank statement all those. Remember to submit within these two days.'

Today,

I am really busy with the inspections of apartment, filling application form, finding transaction of banking statement, Passport, previous rental receipt and many more!

But, after all these completed and submitted.

Three of us will be staying together happily !
