Here are some warning signs:

1) Do as I say, not as I do. Their actions never seem to match up with their charming words. They have extremely high expectations in you, but don’t seem to follow those standards themselves. They are allowed to have dinner with their “crazy” ex who’s “still in love” with them, but they’ll give you the silent treatment for going out with your friends.

2) The rules apply to others, but they do not apply to me. They believe they are above the law—both legally and ethically. They feel entitled to behave however they choose, but others must be kept in line at all times. We see this in politics every single day, when our elected officials stomp across the morals they enforce upon everyone else.

3) It is always someone else’s fault. It's not their fault for lying. It's your fault for being so petty and pointing out their lie. They might also bring up your past mistakes, to prove that their lie isn't actually so bad by comparison. Someone is always out to get them, and that’s the reason behind all of their problems.
4) Anyone who points out my wrongdoings should be punished. When all else fails, you must be punished, so you learn not to point out their lies anymore. This can be done through triangulation, cheating, and most commonly—the silent treatment.

5) The perpetual victim. Their bad behavior always has sob-story roots. They learned to lie because of their abusive ex, or their abusive parent. They hate drama; all they’ve ever wanted is some peace & quiet, and yet they provoke more drama than anyone you’ve ever known. They declare their hatred of negativity, all the while calling you "hysterical" to anyone who will listen, even when you are completely ignoring them.

6) Condescending, patronizing, and superior. You feel like a child being reprimanded by an adult. They speak down to you as if you are intellectually deficient and emotionally unstable. They laugh when you try to express yourself, dismissing any concerns you might have as hyper-sensitive and crazy.

7) Lies & excuses. Hypocrites have excuses for everything. You will find that they spend a lot more time excusing their behavior than ever actually improving it. Instead of apologizing or admitting fault, they simply ignore reality & argue with solid evidence when confronted with it. Survivors also often notice that psychopaths seem to enjoy the thrill of lying. Sometimes it seems they've planted evidence that actually allows you to catch them. They lie even when the truth would suffice. Why? Because duping others is what they do. It is the only highlight of their otherwise insufferably boring lives. (Pathological lying)

On the other end of the spectrum, here is their ideal target in relationships, the workplace, and government:

1) Actions over words. Healthy, humble individuals do not constantly talk about the good things they have done, because it would be arrogant and uncomfortable. Instead, they prove it with their actions, which are intentionally ignored by hypocrites who can simply invent fake virtues with fake words.

2) The rules apply to me, but I feel bad for judging others. Ideal targets have always paid strong attention to rules and ethics. They are terrified of getting in trouble at school, or breaking the law, or hurting a romantic partner. They have been trained well, and they want to see the same good in others.

3) It is always my fault. Instead of blaming others for their problems, they tend to blame themselves for everything. Even the slightest suggestion that they’ve done something wrong will lead to long periods of introspection and self-doubt. They will rewrite reality in order to absorb the flaws of others.

4) Anyone who points out my wrongdoings might be right, even if I don’t remember doing that. Always willing to talk about concerns that others might have about them, and will work extremely hard to ensure they do not upset anyone else that way in the future. Willing to accept fault for something they didn’t actually do, if it means keeping the harmony.

5) I never want to be the victim, even when I have been harmed.Survivors remain largely silent after abuse, anonymously seeking out help for the nightmare they experienced. Ironically, a hypocrite will scream that you’re a perpetual victim for trying to quietly recover from the hell they put you through. (Victim blaming)

6) Gentle, compassionate, and flexible. Ideal targets will always be willing to compromise and make things better. They are approachable, warm, and sensitive to the feelings of others. Because of these qualities, they often attract negative and self-centered people like magnets.

7) Apologies. Will always say sorry when they do something wrong, even if they haven’t done anything wrong at all. While hypocrites will only apologize if they can get something out of it, their targets apologize in order to restore peace & trust.

Fortunately,
just being recruited by a large HR company for a managerial position.
I'm so happy that when I first get into a company,
I was selected as a HR recruiter whom learned to recruit an interviewee,
doing recruiting report and analysis are part of my job,
besides than that,
additional meeting, workshops, events and press conference are required to attend,
whereas majority of my clients are large companies in Australia,
such as Engineering company, Architecture company, Monash University, Government, law firms and the big four accounting firms.
Depends on the needs of interviewee - what they want to work,
for an example,
if they are engineers, I have to recruit them in the first place, and then make a report about their interview performance and send their profiles to the particular engineering company which currently provides vacancies.
This is my great responsibility as a recruiter to contributes to the society as my professionalism!

Yeah!
At this point,
I came to a realization where education background comes up, status will naturally arise.
Indeed,
education background muster up my confidence.
In my resume,
my education background was

'Bachelor of Journalism, University of South Australia, Australia'
'Diploma of arts, South Institute of Business and Technology, Australia.'
'Foundation of Engineering, Multimedia University, Malaysia.'

And in future,
it would be
'Master of Journalism'

Today,
I would be super duper busy throughout the entire day.
Guess what my activities for today?
Half an hour later,
I'm going to take part our uni volunteer program,
as a journalism student,
I'm being selected to represent our faculty as a presenter in UNISA open day for the course of media and communication.
In the evening which after the volunteering event,
Sara will comes to the uni pick me up for babysitting her 5 years old baby.
LOL!!
She's going for farewell party and no one looks after harry.
I meant not that really babysitting,
but just accompany him at home because he is afraid of being alone at home.
Anyway,
I'm looking forward CNY out of sudden :)
I think perhaps I'm seriously too long did not 'visit' her house?
Need something like this to keep my life balance.

Just a moment ago,
I had submitted my assignments and finally there's a few seconds of time for me to loosen tension.
Guess what I would do if I have a spare time in the circumstance when I had done my house chores?
I love reading, particularly about facts rather than fictions.
I would browsed the net and do some life reading.
I am reading about palmistry right now,
and when I looked at the complicated lines on my palm.
I get to know both myself and my life more.
My gosh!! I think life is already destined by God,
When I am trying to figure out who I am, what kind of person and what kind of prospective fate I have had,
I did a quick browsed through Google Palmistry and I feel like OMG it's damn accurate.
the visual illustration in Google drawn the exactly same lines as my palm,
perhaps that's my damn true fate?

Lemme introduce myself through Palmistry....
Based on my left hand,
I'm the kind of person who

  • selfish when comes to love
  • less interest in romance
  • Sadness or depression (a node in a line)

  • Lucky enough to have job which prone to mental rather than physical (no head line at the position of thumb)
  • Lack of creativity (no slopping line)
  • Sudden change in lifestyle (break lines) - LOL! It's a good thing actually! Love my Aussie life so much!
  • Strongly controlled by fate (deep line from the middle finger)

In part 2,
from length of palms and fingers evaluation,
I'm the attribution of fire element - exactly the same as what the psychic classified me last time,

  • Fire - square or rectangular palm, flushed or pink skin, and shorter fingers; length of the palm is greater than length of fingers
    • Spontaneous, enthusiastic and optimistic
    • Sometimes egoistic, impulsive and insensitive
    • Extroverts
    • Do things boldly and instinctively.

In the deeper information of palmistry,
I slightly curved my palm and observed the fleshy amount at the opposite of my knuckle,
I got the most fleshy part between my thumb and first finger,
as a result I'm being categorized as 'Venus' fate.
LOL! Exactly the fate that I having now.
Venus symbolized 'hedonism' and 'instant gratification'.

Yeah! I'm not only feminism but hedonism too.
I want go America, I want go Taiwan, I want go Thailand too, I wanna go wherever places which can bring fun to me.
I need instant gratification too,
when I said I want means I want now no matter how costly is that thing!!
I would throw hot temper if someone refused to listen to me.
I just can't wait,
to be frankly,
I don't know whether it's my own nature or some bad experience which shaped me into this kind of 'instant gratification' personality,
vividly recalled when I was form 3,
I wanna buy a high school musical 3 sling bag,
mummy said
'Wait until next monday only buy, because next 3 days got discount 10%.'
Due to the negative childhood experience which mommy always break promise,
I don't trust her any more,
it means I just wanna get it immediately regardless what the price is.
Because last time when I told her I wanna buy ice-cream or something else,
she said next week I buy for you or next time only I buy,
but when next week arrives,
she said here is expensive, I go where where where buy.
When she reached that destination,
she would pop out another excuse saying this is too expensive.
Thus,
this is my childhood experience which cause me no longer trust anyone's words and I need instant gratification so that there's no excuse in future or there's no loss for me.
If you get it for me now then I don't have any disappointment.
Whereas, my second fleshy part turn out to be the 'Jupiter',
Jupiter indicates dominant, possibly self-centred, and aggressive (I might have these traits, but still the second. Haha!)
And if the least fleshy part is Jupiter,
then that person would be a person who lack of confidence.
And inversely,
it prove that I'm a person who full of confidence because my least fleshy side is 'Sun'.
LOL!!! Exactly.
The least fleshy side on 'Sun' means lack of imagination that is why I got a poor art skill,
I can't even draw a simplest figure based on my imagination.
I have to learn from Google step by step!

The last part is to examine the hand and fingers size,
my small hand indicates active and don't dwell on thinking about what to do.
but I got long fingers, haha!
It mentioned I got indicator of anxiety but good looking.
Hmm!! I agreed it in some way,
I'm in fear all the time but I feel that I'm considered good looking. Haha!

Today,
chapter of palmistry done at this point.
Bye! Gonna get into bed soon.
Feel so tired after a long weep.

It's the way too hard to resist from psychological pain,
no matter how hard she rubs off the wound from my heart,
but I still felt the pain and suffering in some ways.
Indeed,
it's very painful,
I don't know how to describe the kind of pain or that kind of heart-wrenching,
but it just too painful for me,
I always ache in the midnight and cried under the blanket.
But I just can't solve the hate by myself :(
Yeah! From Oxford dictionary,
hate is defined by 'disliked intensely',
and this is what she defined too.
But I knew the word of 'hate' is not that simple or the definition isn't that pure,
it's far more beyond that disliked intensely.
Perhaps,
I'm the one who experienced before so I knew what is the exact meaning.
The actual meaning couldn't be illustrated out anyway but it could be felt out thoroughly.

"Years of piled up frustration and neglect can make you start hating someone. "

Understanding how to deal with hate
If you’ve always thought that you got a raw deal, then in all probability, you will also hate the people who you think got it easy. It could be a result of what you went through in your life. Your past experiences shape what you are today. And all this will only make it more difficult for you to deal with people you hate.
There are people who generalize their feelings, for or because of, one  person in an entire group. If you had an abusive father, you may subconsciously hate all older men. Or the reason you hate your boss so much could be because he reminds you of that obnoxious teacher who used to always pick on you, and lose no chance to humiliate you in  class, for no fault of yours.

Eventually,
I submitted the 10% marks assignment in the time remaining of 2 hours 55 minutes.
Well,
what does it meant by the keyword of "10% marks assignment"?
It mean by the hard work below just deserve a total of barely 10% if I attain a grade of HD.
Horrible right??
However,
I truly believe that that's the only way to earn the reputation of being an Australian graduate.
And also,
finally I came to a realization that being an australian graduate or overseas graduate isn't something that money can buy it.
It's about super duper strict task achievement, super duper rigorous Plagiarism rate and super duper much workload to earn an Australian's Bachelor Degree.
Vividly recalled back the time when I was in MMU ,
Awww.... I could attended 2 week classes and skipped another 12 week classes and pass with flying colours by just randomly duplicate someone's work.
When I got barred from the examination due to 80% of absence rate,
when I seen the lecturer in order to get unbarred,
she could even asked me 'Who you want to see?' when I entered the room.
LOL!
It meant that she didn't even knows who I am because I never attended her class before.
HAHAHA!
Anyway,
when I seeing my outcome below,
I can tell that my trauma of seventeen had partially recovered and thus the effectiveness of studies had gradually improved,
there's no any solid reasons to prove this evidence,
there's no why you performed marvelously in Australia rather than in Malaysia or why you switched course from Engineering to Journalism or there's even no why how you did it with this 360 degree transformation?
But perhaps a better learning environment with abundance of shopping and beach areas to loosen my tension?

From this aspect,
I tell myself luckily medication works after a couple of years and I've witnessed the effectiveness.
Besides than bedtime hours,
I've successfully get rid that compulsive traumatic flashbacks in most of the times.

Another part of reason, maybe that's the greatness of apologize "Sorry, sorry, really sorry."

Communication and Organization assignment 1

Proposal of Strategic Communication Audit

In the circumstance of internal communication processes, Adelaide City Council (ACC) is about to proceed the recruitment of Chair and Board members of the Adelaide Central Market Authority (ACMA). To succeed in this recruitment, Adelaide City Council needs the services of an experienced Board recruiter to form a whole part of the recruitment process. In the process of selections, the activities are to held interview and selection methodologies based on current board and executive recruitment principles that boost the brand of ACC and ACMA, offer an marvellous experience for applicants that demonstrate ACC's brand and ACMA criteria and also confirm that all relevant verifications of applicants are assured to lighten risk as well as serves as a member of the organization to lead and support, the selection panel to confirm that the best recommendations are proposed to council. Robert Blake and Jane Mouton established their Managerial Grid as a method to train managers in leadership styles which may increase organizational efficiency, boost the satisfaction as well as innovation abilities of every worker (Blake & McCanse, 1991; Blake & Mouton, 1964). They assumed that leaders will be effective to the maximum outcome when they display both concern for people and concern for production, therefore incorporating the classical management which is concern for production and human relations which function as concern for people.

In the process of recruitment and selection, there are a few challenges which need to be overcome within the organization, there are
·         recruitment strategy
·          expenses
·         interviewing skills
·         the internal promotion

As a solution to help the recruitment is to determine whether the interviewee will bring maximum benefits to the organization or not, it may be expensive when sum up the costs of recruitment, orientation and training, particularly if the organization provides benefits to the employees. Salaries of a full time worker may be costly, so considering a contract employee might help. Besides, recruitment costs include advertising sector, professional memberships in the organization as well as career fair sponsorship. Therefore, outsourcing services may help in this facet which is to lighten the accountability of recruitment and administer an employee who specializes in full time recruiting. On the other hand, the decision of hiring someone is basically the entitlement of a manager instead of a HR practitioner. Thus, part time recruiters may take over the accountability of assisting hiring managers and also panel members for applicant interviews. HR department interviewers have the rights to offer the kind of opinions whereas hiring managers have to make their decisions wisely during the recruitment. From the facet of internal promotion, choosing the talent that already in an organization can helps to ease the expenses, however new applicants will most probably get into the higher positions due to there is no such current employee within the organization.

As a result, to attain a successful recruitment in an organization, another principle of Pfeffer's Seven Practices of Successful Organizations (Pfeffer, 1998) is proposed to implement the practices such as selective hiring, employment security, self-managed teams and decentralization, extensive training, sharing information, reduction of status differences and comparatively high and contingent compensation will be drawn up in the conclusion to helps the organization across the recruitment process.

The Proposal Writing Formula, last accessed: 17th August 2014, http://www.sciencebuddies.org/science-fair-projects/project_bibliography.shtml

Proposal of Portfolio
Portfolio Essay Topics: 3. Discuss the importance of leadership in contemporary organisations, and its relationship to at least two specific theories of organisational communication. Use at least one case study from the research literature to support your discussion.

Introduction
I will be creating a Wordpress weblog for my organizational communication portfolio. I will be demonstrating my professional writing skill in this nine unit course through a weblog; establishing a couple of columns to click-in in order to read the topic contents and also a little bibliography about myself to indicate who is the digital author. Besides than this, I create this weblog for a future purpose, so that individuals with corporate interest, employers or even me myself are able to read this information for future usage.

Purpose and Audience
As a building block to develop a broader structural portfolio, here is my little setup to show my proposal as a precursor to further studies. The purpose of a weblog is to prove my writing abilities, in terms of professional as well as innovation ability. Moreover, creating a weblog is also my chance to demonstrate my digital ability to future employers and my tutor Dr Sally Lewis.

Content and Layout
Basically, my weblog will contain a header as a title, a column of top or side bars for content click-in and a footer as design layout. In further information, I will do a full but separate write-up for my contents; the blog posts would specifically made up of four parts in order to answer the full question, the blog posts are divided into the chapters of importance of leadership in contemporary organizations, its relationship between first specific theory, its relationship between the second specific theory and also one case study will be used to support the discussion.

In my content structure, I will have a good write-up about the importance of leadership in modern organizations and focus about the strategies of leadership and its impact within an organization. For an instance, the most successful organizations and leaders focus on their main competitiveness, set and maintain norms that allow them to satisfy the needs of their clients all the times as well as in all places. The particular two theories that I will be utilized in my portfolio are theory of Peters and Waterman’s “Excellent Cultures” (Peters and Waterman 1982, p.97) in cultural approaches and “New Science” Systems Theory (Merry 1995 & Wheatley 1992, p.85) in systems approaches. These two theories are mainly used in contemporary organizations which will therefore best suit my topic. Case studies 4.1 Marine Sergeant Dakota Meyer (p.59) will be used in the weblog portfolio as an ultimate discussion to uphold the evidences of both theories.

Analysis of Purpose
The purpose of attach a case study at the end is to demonstrate the analytical framework of global leadership development to group factors explaining the
·         subsidiary support for individual applicants for global leadership development
·         perceived authority of the global leadership development system among internal and external stakeholders
·         legitimacy of global leadership development provided by subsidiaries

Challenges
As a specific challenge in forming a weblog portfolio is to apply difficult digital skills such as creating weblog link which no one has it or email and password which no one has it so far, designing appropriate layouts to suit the style of professionalism. Find multiple solutions across different sources to solve the digital challenges, for an example, how to create a weblog and how to manage the tools, bars and navigation in the system.

Result
As a conclusion, the main context of this portfolio is to show leadership conceptual framework which explains the attributes and bodies which show differences between specific cultures are forecast of organizational structure and culture, which later becomes a vital aspect of leadership effectiveness in communication and organization.

Awwww....
So excited at this moment when I received my assignment grade for two HD's !!

HD stand for high distinction!!
However,
we got 10 weekly interactive essay to constitute up 25%.
Thus I just attained a 5 percent now.
My feedback is
'Your essays are insightful.'
Yeah! Absolutely,
I got most insightful in terms of 'money',
LOL!!!
Vividly recalled back my IELTS exam,
surprisingly I got a band 7.0 for my writing.
I'm awfully surprised for it because from what I knew was you wouldn't get band 7.0 no matter how good you write.
Google appeared that feedback and most people agreed,
even people who got band 8.0, she said her writing is just band 6.5,
and another boy who scored band 7.5, his mother said his writing got band 6.0.
So I'm really surprised about my result,
perhaps,
I can rationale topic about 'money' very well,
LOL! Our IELTS writing paper essay question,
"Do you agree that young people should take over higher positions in a company? Debate your argument."
HAHAHA!
I wrote something about it cannot be denied that older people have wiser experience in the career industry but young people have had to learn to take their accountability in order to make them wiser.
Anyway,
I had forgot what I wrote,
but I just so surprised I got such a marvellous result for my writing.
Maybe,
journalism student should deserve a better grading in writing and speaking?
Or maybe,
I'm too wise in the sector of money issue?
HAHAHA!!!
So whenever I write about money issue or materialism topic,

Question 4: Complete the following: ‘… I found this statement in my reading about Marx and I was fascinated by it …’

"It is not the consciousness of men that determines their existence, but their social existence that determines their consciousness." I found this statement in my reading about Marx and I was fascinated by it although it's slightly ironically realistic. In term of social production, people have had access into definite relations, which are unrelated to their will, namely relations of production appropriate to a certain stage in the development of their material forces of production. The sum of these relations of production built up the economic structure of society, the real building block, on which emerges a legal and political superstructure and to which meet the clear forms of social consciousness. The production mode of materialism influences the common processes of social, political and intellectual life.

Generally speaking, when people reach a significant extent of materialistic life, we will realize that social existence is a sole factor which stimulates our consciousness instead of consciousness stimulates our existence. In a real life instance, when people move to a societal boundary which all of us live in capitalism, people will try to understand the world in which they live, they contemplate on money such as who has it, how is it acquire and how to spend it worthily. Likewise, people fixate on commodities particularly branded good, trying to grasp how economics serves as a matter to influence us to purchase a product and so on. Technically, we never realized that the act of fetish or materialism is actually top class people exploiting lower class people because we did not witness the facts about economics and society. In most of our days, we only think of the market value of a branded goods or its affordable price. But this monetary value had inevitably led to exploitative economic relationship between factory owners and the workers who produce the goods.
