Time remaining : 2 hours 55 mins

by - 6:05 pm

Eventually,
I submitted the 10% marks assignment in the time remaining of 2 hours 55 minutes.
Well,
what does it meant by the keyword of "10% marks assignment"?
It mean by the hard work below just deserve a total of barely 10% if I attain a grade of HD.
Horrible right??
However,
I truly believe that that's the only way to earn the reputation of being an Australian graduate.
And also,
finally I came to a realization that being an australian graduate or overseas graduate isn't something that money can buy it.
It's about super duper strict task achievement, super duper rigorous Plagiarism rate and super duper much workload to earn an Australian's Bachelor Degree.
Vividly recalled back the time when I was in MMU ,
Awww.... I could attended 2 week classes and skipped another 12 week classes and pass with flying colours by just randomly duplicate someone's work.
When I got barred from the examination due to 80% of absence rate,
when I seen the lecturer in order to get unbarred,
she could even asked me 'Who you want to see?' when I entered the room.
LOL!
It meant that she didn't even knows who I am because I never attended her class before.
HAHAHA!
Anyway,
when I seeing my outcome below,
I can tell that my trauma of seventeen had partially recovered and thus the effectiveness of studies had gradually improved,
there's no any solid reasons to prove this evidence,
there's no why you performed marvelously in Australia rather than in Malaysia or why you switched course from Engineering to Journalism or there's even no why how you did it with this 360 degree transformation?
But perhaps a better learning environment with abundance of shopping and beach areas to loosen my tension?

From this aspect,
I tell myself luckily medication works after a couple of years and I've witnessed the effectiveness.
Besides than bedtime hours,
I've successfully get rid that compulsive traumatic flashbacks in most of the times.

Another part of reason, maybe that's the greatness of apologize "Sorry, sorry, really sorry."

Communication and Organization assignment 1

Proposal of Strategic Communication Audit

In the circumstance of internal communication processes, Adelaide City Council (ACC) is about to proceed the recruitment of Chair and Board members of the Adelaide Central Market Authority (ACMA). To succeed in this recruitment, Adelaide City Council needs the services of an experienced Board recruiter to form a whole part of the recruitment process. In the process of selections, the activities are to held interview and selection methodologies based on current board and executive recruitment principles that boost the brand of ACC and ACMA, offer an marvellous experience for applicants that demonstrate ACC's brand and ACMA criteria and also confirm that all relevant verifications of applicants are assured to lighten risk as well as serves as a member of the organization to lead and support, the selection panel to confirm that the best recommendations are proposed to council. Robert Blake and Jane Mouton established their Managerial Grid as a method to train managers in leadership styles which may increase organizational efficiency, boost the satisfaction as well as innovation abilities of every worker (Blake & McCanse, 1991; Blake & Mouton, 1964). They assumed that leaders will be effective to the maximum outcome when they display both concern for people and concern for production, therefore incorporating the classical management which is concern for production and human relations which function as concern for people.

In the process of recruitment and selection, there are a few challenges which need to be overcome within the organization, there are
·         recruitment strategy
·          expenses
·         interviewing skills
·         the internal promotion

As a solution to help the recruitment is to determine whether the interviewee will bring maximum benefits to the organization or not, it may be expensive when sum up the costs of recruitment, orientation and training, particularly if the organization provides benefits to the employees. Salaries of a full time worker may be costly, so considering a contract employee might help. Besides, recruitment costs include advertising sector, professional memberships in the organization as well as career fair sponsorship. Therefore, outsourcing services may help in this facet which is to lighten the accountability of recruitment and administer an employee who specializes in full time recruiting. On the other hand, the decision of hiring someone is basically the entitlement of a manager instead of a HR practitioner. Thus, part time recruiters may take over the accountability of assisting hiring managers and also panel members for applicant interviews. HR department interviewers have the rights to offer the kind of opinions whereas hiring managers have to make their decisions wisely during the recruitment. From the facet of internal promotion, choosing the talent that already in an organization can helps to ease the expenses, however new applicants will most probably get into the higher positions due to there is no such current employee within the organization.

As a result, to attain a successful recruitment in an organization, another principle of Pfeffer's Seven Practices of Successful Organizations (Pfeffer, 1998) is proposed to implement the practices such as selective hiring, employment security, self-managed teams and decentralization, extensive training, sharing information, reduction of status differences and comparatively high and contingent compensation will be drawn up in the conclusion to helps the organization across the recruitment process.

Proposal of Portfolio
Portfolio Essay Topics: 3. Discuss the importance of leadership in contemporary organisations, and its relationship to at least two specific theories of organisational communication. Use at least one case study from the research literature to support your discussion.

Introduction
I will be creating a Wordpress weblog for my organizational communication portfolio. I will be demonstrating my professional writing skill in this nine unit course through a weblog; establishing a couple of columns to click-in in order to read the topic contents and also a little bibliography about myself to indicate who is the digital author. Besides than this, I create this weblog for a future purpose, so that individuals with corporate interest, employers or even me myself are able to read this information for future usage.

Purpose and Audience
As a building block to develop a broader structural portfolio, here is my little setup to show my proposal as a precursor to further studies. The purpose of a weblog is to prove my writing abilities, in terms of professional as well as innovation ability. Moreover, creating a weblog is also my chance to demonstrate my digital ability to future employers and my tutor Dr Sally Lewis.

Content and Layout
Basically, my weblog will contain a header as a title, a column of top or side bars for content click-in and a footer as design layout. In further information, I will do a full but separate write-up for my contents; the blog posts would specifically made up of four parts in order to answer the full question, the blog posts are divided into the chapters of importance of leadership in contemporary organizations, its relationship between first specific theory, its relationship between the second specific theory and also one case study will be used to support the discussion.

In my content structure, I will have a good write-up about the importance of leadership in modern organizations and focus about the strategies of leadership and its impact within an organization. For an instance, the most successful organizations and leaders focus on their main competitiveness, set and maintain norms that allow them to satisfy the needs of their clients all the times as well as in all places. The particular two theories that I will be utilized in my portfolio are theory of Peters and Waterman’s “Excellent Cultures” (Peters and Waterman 1982, p.97) in cultural approaches and “New Science” Systems Theory (Merry 1995 & Wheatley 1992, p.85) in systems approaches. These two theories are mainly used in contemporary organizations which will therefore best suit my topic. Case studies 4.1 Marine Sergeant Dakota Meyer (p.59) will be used in the weblog portfolio as an ultimate discussion to uphold the evidences of both theories.

Analysis of Purpose
The purpose of attach a case study at the end is to demonstrate the analytical framework of global leadership development to group factors explaining the
·         subsidiary support for individual applicants for global leadership development
·         perceived authority of the global leadership development system among internal and external stakeholders
·         legitimacy of global leadership development provided by subsidiaries

Challenges
As a specific challenge in forming a weblog portfolio is to apply difficult digital skills such as creating weblog link which no one has it or email and password which no one has it so far, designing appropriate layouts to suit the style of professionalism. Find multiple solutions across different sources to solve the digital challenges, for an example, how to create a weblog and how to manage the tools, bars and navigation in the system.

Result
