Exciting for tomorrow's 21st celebration

Tomorrow will be my only once 21 years old birthday in my life,

I try my best to make it perfect and I believed I really did well for the organization.

Due to the limited budget which held in Hilton hotel,

after the guests confirmation,

18 guests were invited;17 will be attend and 1 will be absence.

Finger crossed,

hope everything is goes smoothly and I don't miss any single details.

Certainly, there is a lot of miscellaneous things to write down and to achieve.

Such as order cake, retrieve cake, rent the cake rack and return to it after function, customized the boxes of welcome gifts, ordered decorative accessories, buying birthday clothes, appointment with personal hair stylist for the day,  inform hotel coordinator for the foods amounts according to number of guests, decoration (ceilings and ground) and seat arrangement, buying choices of gowns; heels and bag for the function...

Keep thinking what else tiny accessories that I had omitted?

But the most importantly,

add math cake will never forget !!!

Never miss it and has been ordered yesterday :(

In the busy process of organizing,

I find it extremely busy, face some challenges and found something to laughed too.

My biggest challenge is I have to find an even number for the number of guests because the headcount price is each person $36 for the desserts function,

and two persons will be sharing one dessert tier. 

So if an odd number guests attend, there is one person will being left out,

sitting alone and eating alone.

It supposed to be all attend,

but at the end,

one appeared to be couldn't attend at the very last minute.

The reason is she is flying back to Hong Kong,

pressie she has been bought;

she passed to Carol and ask Carol passed to me.

For the thing that I laughed,

guess what?

It's a very ridiculous act which happened today!

This afternoon,

when I picked my cake from the cake's store,

on the way back to home,

coincidence we (hung kiat and me) passed by Hilton hotel,

so as convenient,

I just dropped the cake at Hilton hotel to ask them reserve for me for tomorrow as tomorrow we still have a lot of things to carry to the hotel.

When I reached there, the hotel manager served me,

I told him that I have to put the cake here for tomorrow, Can I?

He said

'Sure'

Once he saw my cake,

surprisingly he even go and get a big trolley to 'hold' my cake instead of using his hands.

This is what Hung Kiat and me laughed out loud because he is serious.

Initially,

I don't understand the clues and asked him why he pulled a such enormous trolley as I am talking about the cake.

He even said

'Things came this way, we don't dare to touch your cake as the hotel cant bear the damage of your cake because it is too expensive.'

But still,

everything is worthwhile after pouring a huge effort,

because I am expecting the best and seeking the perfect moment for my 21st.

Luckily,

I still have this best man who deadly attached me,

he helped me ease a part of jobs such as prepared welcome gift - fold the box, putting Feraro Rocher chocolate into it, sealed it and pasted customized sticker :)
